Coordinate with Facebook
So I know coordinating a big group of people can be tricky. So, I created Lauren and Shameer's Wedding Facebook Page so everyone could easily communicate their plans. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how this website or the facebook page can be improved. The goal is to have all the information easily available. King or Double Bedded Room: $149.00 (Fri. or Sat.); $199.00 and up
The Madison Hotel is pleased to offer the following rate to your guests:
King or Double Bedded Room: $129.00 (Fri.,Sat. or Sun.)
This rate is subject to a 15% combined state and municipal taxes and is non-commissionable.
Friday 05/30, Saturday 05/31, and Sunday 06/01
# Of King Bedded Rooms: 15 on Friday, 15 on Saturday, 5 on Sunday
# Of Double-Bedded Rooms: 20 on Friday, 20 on Saturday, 5 on Sunday
Your preferred rates are applicable only for the above blocked dates. Guests arriving earlier or staying beyond the dates of this block may not be guaranteed these rates for those additional nights. The room block will be held until May 1st, 2014 (the cut-off date) at which time any rooms not reserved by your guests will be automatically released back into our reservation system for general sale at standard rates. After that date, rooms at the group rate will be offered on a space available basis.

We Have a Venue!
Hi Everyone,
We've finally decided on a venue and will be celebrating at the Madison Hotel in Morristown, New Jersey! So save May 31, 2014.
Here is a short summary about the hotel from their website:
"Our excellence in Food and Beverage is apparent from our Deluxe Complimentary Continental Breakfast served daily in the Lobby to our award winning Rod’s Steak & Seafood Grille, a dining destination for central and northern New Jersey, and our newest addition, G.K.'s Red Dog Tavern. A fitness center with state of the art cardiovascular equipment as well as a heated indoor swimming pool with whirlpool complement several jogging trails nearby to provide for all of your health and fitness needs.
