This is a very important update for everyone who intends to book a hotel room through our room block at the Madison Hotel. Another wedding party on Saturday night (the same day as our wedding) forgot to reserve their room block. According to our hotel contract, we have the rooms blocked "until May 1st, 2014 (the cut-off date) at which time any rooms not
reserved by your guests will be automatically released back into our
reservation system." It is likely that these rooms will automatically be given to that other wedding party as soon as they are released from our contract. Therefore, we encourage everyone to book as soon as possible, so everyone is happily settled with their accommodations. Check out our post on how to Room Block at the Madison Hotel if you have not done so already. Obviously, we will not be releasing our rooms earlier since we have so many out of town guests.
